工作職責：
1. Provide service to AU end-consumer's enquiries related to their orders purchased from RB。com and OO。com. 為在RB。com和OO。com的網站消費的澳洲終端客戶提供與訂單相關的咨詢服務。
任職資格：
1. Good English communication including written and speaking; 良好的英語書面和口語能力；
2. Strong communication skill & emotion management; 良好的溝通能力和情緒管理能力；
3. Positive, passionate, open mind and keen to learn. 積極，熱情，開放的胸懷和熱衷學習的能力。
4. Ability to multi-task and manage stress; 能夠執行多任務和管理壓力；
